Overview of the Project

The NFPA Training Institute website was developed to provide foster, kinship, and adoptive caregivers with easy access to free online education and practical resources. The site organizes dozens of courses by topic, supports user registration and course enrollment, provides searchable training content, and generates certificates of completion (over 60,000 as of late 2026!) that can help caregivers document training hours. A streamlined interface makes an extensive and growing educational library easier to navigate while giving the National Foster Parent Association a flexible platform for expanding its training programs.
